To study and teach the word of God

Ministries

The Overcomers Tabernacle Men’s Ministry seeks to bring together men of all ages to grow into a deep and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

– To provide men with the resources to develop godly character and help to equip them to influence the world for Jesus Christ –

– To provide opportunities and contribute to the process of building better men to lead others to Christ through: Worship, Bible Study and Service –

– To challenge our men to step up with purposeful strength and courage –

– To support, train, encourage and motivate men to impact their families, friends, and their community for the cause of Christ –

– To provide encouragement and opportunities for men to grow and serve together –

– To provide support for men through mentoring programs, Bible study groups, prayer groups, and special events –

– To offer specific ways for men to serve the body of Christ through evangelism, fellowship, and worship in ways that support the church’s vision –

The mission of the Overcomers Women’s Department is to help women to grow in their knowledge of God through the scriptures.

– To teach women how to apply the word of God to their lives,build their faith, and find their purpose in life and ministry –

– To encourage women to love and serve with excellence in their homes, in the body of Christ, and in the community at large –

– To create an environment where women can experience love and move beyond their fears and limitations –

– To give the opportunity for women to mentor and encourage other women as they walk with God –

– To help women to learn how to be hospitable, creating opportunity for them to host a group meeting or prayer in their homes –

– To train and equip women to disciple others and to bring them into a committed relationship with Christ –

– To give women the opportunity to be with a group that can give support and provide accountability partners –

– To provide a place where women can pray together and seek God’s wisdom and guidance –

The Overcomers Tabernacle Youth Ministry envision a generation of young people being educated with the true gospel of Jesus Christ who will in turn take it to their peers, the community, friends, and families.

– To know Jesus Christ on a personal basis and to understand the importance of trusting him daily –

– To develop healthy bible reading, prayer and meditation skills –

– To understand the importance of fellowshipping and participating in the local church activities –

– To value marriage and to commit to reserve sexual activities for after marriage –

We provide quality, compassionate services to vulnerable individuals in local, national, and international communities. These individuals include children, youth and adults that may be physically and emotionally challenged.

– To provide bookbags for youths returning back to school, supplying devices such as computers to youth in need. –

– Improving educational institutions through providing technology and other resources –

– Sponsoring programs that help high school students to attend colleges and acquire the skills that they need to enter the workforce –

– Host programs or events that promote good health and nutritional practices –

– Provide assistance to communities in times of crisis or natural disasters, such as fire, floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes –
